Return Policy

Terms and Conditions:

Please allow 24-48 hours for your purchase to be received in our system. Once your purchase has been received and dispatched you will receive email notification of your tracking number. Please note that delivery time begins once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If there are any special instructions needed for your delivery, or a request for expedited shipping, please contact our customer service at shop@niconicoclothing.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 

If an order is received as fraudulent in our system you will be contacted and notified by a customer service representative. Fraudulent orders will result in order cancelation. 

 

Exchanges and Returns:

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as an RMA number which you can obtain through our customer service. Items must be returned with receipt, RMA number and the item unworn, and unwashed in its original packaging.

Payment for return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All sale items are non-refundable and FINAL SALE.

Please keep the tracking information for your return parcel until you receive a confirmation of receipt email from our customer service. 

In the event that an order or item is canceled and a payment refund is issued, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account. If you have checked your bank account and contacted your credit card company and still have not received your refund, please contact shop@niconicoclothing.com.

Nico Nico Clothing is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once merchandise is released to the carrier. Please allow 15 days from the date of filing a case for a lost, late, or stolen package to contact Nico Nico Clothing. For the most immediate response to a lost, late, or stolen package please contact the carrier with your order confirmation and tracking number.
